Throwback Thursday

This has been quite a week, so I’m not posting anything new this time.

Instead, here are two early stitch patterns of mine for you:

Lace with lots of branching decrease lines and large holes.

Colorless Green Dreams is a stitch pattern I designed with the help of Stitch-Maps. The decrease lines form the syntax tree for the silly linguistics example sentence “colorless green dreams sleep furiously”.

A textured two color stitch pattern in which a thinner yarn forms boxy outlines spaced evenly across a background of thicker yarns.

Ticky Box is a one row stitch pattern worked in two yarns, and is therefore reversible. It’s based on a mistake I made and decided to play with.

See you next week!
